1. Custom Orders

All of our products are made-to-order based on the customer’s specifications. Please ensure all customization details (e.g., names, numbers, colors, sizes) are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

2. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Standard production time is [3-5] business days.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

  • Production time does not include shipping time.

3. Shipping

We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delays caused by shipping carriers are outside our control.

Please verify your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details.
