Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check spelling, sizing, and design details before placing your order.

Exceptions – Incorrect Items

We take pride in our work and want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives:

     Incorrect (wrong design, sizing mistake by us, or personalization)

     A clear photo of the item and packaging

     Your order number

     A description of the issue

We’ll review the case and offer a replacement or refund, if applicable.

Shipping Issues
