1. Order Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order and typically require [3–7 business days] for production.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing time may be extended. We’ll notify you of any delays via email.

Orders are only processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped via the selected method at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received:
