Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Teeswonderland! Below is our shipping policy for all customized t-shirt orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are made-to-order and typically require [3–7 business days] for production.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing time may be extended. We’ll notify you of any delays via email.

  • Orders are only processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order is produced, it will be shipped via the selected method at checkout.

Standard (U.S.) 3–7 business days after dispatch
Expedited (U.S.) 2–4 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—watch for announcements!


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • First, check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • If unresolved, please contact us at teesland1 @ gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We’ll assist with filing a claim or resending your order (as applicable).
